What a beautiful picture!! I sure miss snow like that. I linked to your blog post because just this morning I did a post on the snow we got (a measly one inch) and it came with wind and I found a TINY little drift and it was so funny that I was making a big deal out of this tiny little drift, hardly noticeable. Heehee So I had to show people what a real drift was.
Thanks for your nice comment – I’ve been reading your blog faithfully since I found it a couple months ago, and enjoy all your pictures (especially the cattle ones). Here in Ohio we have cold and rain – YUCK. I showed your blog to my husband (trying to convince him to raise chickens) but no go – so I guess for now we’ll stick with beef. I’m going to try your soups, ham and bread recipies this weekend. Thanks much,Kris
kramer – you and your 70 degrees! *sigh*ss – sad thing is, those drifts are nothing compared to what they’ve had east of us. We’ve had several near-misses in the last week or two!qs – you’re welcome! Let me know how your food turns out!
Almost looks like sand dunes. It got up to 70 degrees today. This winter has been unseasonably warm for us. Bad year for bugs.
