I too am glad you remembered. I love reading your blog and seeing all your pictures. We are far far from the land in the suburbs of Washington, DC. It's nice to see reminders that that are places with something other than concrete and pesticide-infused lawns…

I had planned to attend the same Niman Ranch meeting but had to miss, hope the information was good. I wanted to hear about what they have found with the slaughter checks.Like Paul, I too, had to start from the beginning when I started reading your blog.
