    Hi again,
    I will be coming to Iowa around August 1. Will you have chickens by then? If you do, I would like to reserve at least 2 and possibly 4. What pork products will you have by then? I would take a shoulder roast, or some other roast, and would love some cottage bacon. Will you have pork sausage and/or pork and beef stew meat? Do you have beef bones? I would like to make some beef stock.

    Thanks for your help. I have to say, last year your chickens were a joy to prepare – they were well cleaned and tasted delicious.

      Hi Susan! We will not have chickens then, sorry! Pork we will have what we have listed on the website currently, unless we run out before then. If you want to email me an order to we will set it aside for you until then. Will be great to see you again!

    Hi! I am in search of organic and/or no antibiotic, no hormone, humanely raised pork and chicken. What do you feed your pigs and chickens? Can I visit your farm? Do you process on site?

      Hi Wendy! We do not use antibiotics or growth hormones, and we are certified to sell pigs to Niman Ranch which means that we meet their animal welfare standards. Pigs and chickens both get a ground feed, specially mixed for us with no medications included. All of our processing is done by local state-inspected facilities.
